THE RYOSAKU PAIRING

If you're here, you already love the pairing, so we're not gonna try very hard. *lol*
Yep, but still we might be over tossing fangirlism and contaminating the world wide web. I'm afraid this soon will become a new religion.

Cinpii's Intro

Note: The following is Cinpii's obviously biased opinions on the pairing. Anyone who disagrees can go on to the guest book and rant to their hearts content, pointing out all the fallacies in her fangirl beliefs. Like she cares. ;)

** Why RyoSaku? **

Romanticized version: Their fates were entwined since the start of the series. Who is the first main character we meet? Sakuno. Who is the second? Ryoma. Is it just coincidence that she's the first person to meet him?

I do believe Konomi-sensei is saying something here.

Even before the meeting on the train, the RyoSaku connection ran farther than that, to before they were even born. I can elaborate, but we all know the familial ties. How can any other POT pairing beat that?

Ryoma is not a nice guy. He's bratty, arrogant. But he's nice to Sakuno (nice by Ryoma standards). That's good enough for me.

POT is a series is about tennis, not romance. It's a given that she's the love interest here. When Ryoma grows up, he's definitely going to see Sakuno in a new light.

Lazy fangirl version: Because we like it. He's sweet on her and she obviously admires him. They belong together.

** Why this site? **

It all started when Beriath got the sudden inspiration to create a RyoSaku website. Why? Even she doesn't know. Now we are partners in crime. *lol*

We wanted a site solely dedicated to this pairing. A safe, non-yaoi site where RyoSaku lovers can converge and enjoy the fandom together. A site that lets fans instantly access RyoSaku works, instead of searching through all the hordes of other stuff *coff*yaoi*coff* to find a nugget of gold.

RYOSAKU L. Squad Productions is on a quest to increase the fandom for this pairing. We hope this offering will do just that.

** Stance on yaoi **

We don't hate yaoi. We're not against it. We even like certain yaoi pairings. We just like RyoSaku more. A gazillion times more.

** Stance on flames **

Depending on the peon's level of intelligence and eloquence, the flame may be picked apart and displayed for all to see. Or at the very least, kicked around by the web-mistresses and laughed at.

** Why RyoSaku? **

No particular reason. It just happened. Konomi-sensei hit the spot and I got dragged into it. What else to say? The couple are young, adorable and it's amusing teasing Sakuno. Indeed I wish to be in Ryoma's shoes!

** Why this site? **

Cinpii asked me this question and surprisingly I didn't even know. Muses attacked and it was a good chance to practice web design skills whilst entertaining millions of fans. But later I thought it could be a good idea to have an exclusive database of Ryosaku fanarts and fanfics across the Internet.

** Stance on yaoi **

I have no grudge against it. I only wished to increase a variety of pairings in FFnet's Tennis no Oujisama section.

** Stance on flames **

I don't mind flames and would love reading incoherent, badly written obscene responses because they'll make my day laughing off my head. But mind you, I most detest people camouflaging themselves as anonymous and flaming like thunder because they're too chicken to acknowledge who they are. If you have the urges to dice me, do please remember to state your name and email contact. Not that I care to reply, but at least it shows your basic manners.
